Shipping policy
Order Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Order Tracking: After your order is processed, it is in cue to be shipped, you will receive a tracking email which takes on average 5 days. Please check junk mail if not in your main inbox. Also, you can log into your account at USBCLighter.com to check the tracking update.
Lost Items: If your package is lost, or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number. For lost or damaged packages, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order ships and are approximate—actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Free Shipping: Orders over $25 USD are eligible for free shipping
Address Changes: We will try our best to contact the courier to edit the new shipping address. If wrong address is entered by mistake, we cannot offer refund on the item(s). Please check carefully where this needs to be delivered.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order if the item is not in transit. If you have you received an email with tracking code (check junk mail incase) that means the items have been shipped. After you receive your items, we can process a return.
